Business Development Manager Europe (Thema Group)
 


You will be part of the business development team, with responsibility for all processes within the assigned products and projects, with the intention to satisfy the customers' needs for service and quality when using or marketing Gentian´s products, to establish and maintain Gentian`s marketing profile and activities, and to support business development and sales efforts and information flows. •    Development of assigned key OEM partner, establishing a network within the key OEM partner organisation within but not limited to, North America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), managing the relationship and maximise the sales output, in alignment with the VP Business Development. •    Responsible for the sales achievements for the assigned products and defined OEM partners. •    Lead commercial and outbound marketing efforts for assigned products (in order to achieve our short- and long-term sales growth targets. •    Manage the set expectations in the assigned project with OEM partner(s) (OEM supply), coordinating Gentian`s product development & manufacturing processes with OEM partner(s) staff, establishing and maintain a close relationship to OEM partner(s) stakeholders, in alignment with the VP Business Development. •    Identification, selection and management of Gentian`s distributors, with the objective to support the Gentian Commercial strategy and maximise sales through the distributors, in alignment with the VP Marketing and Sales (dotted reporting lines). •    Contribute to product demand budgeting and lead sales forecasting efforts and track the performance against plan for the assigned products and OEM partners.  •    Lead distributor sales initiatives and track performance vs. plan, in alignment with the VP Marketing and Sales (dotted reporting lines) •    Contribute to product demand budgeting and lead sales forecasting efforts and track the performance against plan for the assigned products and OEM partners.  •    Contribute to the development of Gentian´s strategic goals and quality objectives. •    Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the VP Business Development informed of all business-critical issues. •    Attend external conferences, customer and/or OEM partner meetings as required and in accordance with travel regulations.
