The Area Product Manager is responsible for generating sales growth within the assigned territory for the Rheology & Particle Characterization product portfolio. This will be accomplished through direct selling activities and managing customer relationships.
o Contact and visit existing and potential customers; o Actively finding new customers by identifying new prospects; o Perform demonstrations and workshops; o Follow up prospects and quotations; o Planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives; o Identify the key decision makers and manage and monitor the decision process; o Negotiate at the relevant DMU levels and develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders; o Schedule visits and organize workload effectively and efficiently; o Report about sales, prospects, leads, competition and new developments in the market.
