Team Lead QC Microbiology (GMP) Regio Amsterdam (LabResource)

For our international pharmaceutical company we are looking for a Team Lead for the Microbiology QC department. Working together with the manager, you will make sure the daily operations are performed as needed, you direct and coach the coworkers, you help and adjust in development and optimization of new procedures and lead in all kinds of projects. The Team Lead Microbiology will train and coach colleagues, plan experiments, and make sure all procedures and coworkers follow GMP regulation. Furthermore as a supervisor you are an expert in GMP-QC Microbiology and will set up validation protocols, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and perform CAPAs. This combination of leadership and in-depth knowledge requiring work makes this a very challenging position in a fast growing team with ample opportunity to further develop your skills and grow within the organization.Needless to say, this is a position for a year with the intent to make this a permanent position.For this position several years of experience as a supervisor or team lead in a Microbiological laboratory is needed and GMP knowledge is a must. BSc or MSc degree in Microbiology, Biology, Life Science or Biotechnology; At least 5 years hands-on experience with Microbiological techniques preferably in a pharmaceutical environment; Experience with as a supervisor or team lead; Good knowledge of English (verbal and in writing); A globally fast growing pharmaceutical company with specific and specialized treatment.
