A leading company is looking for a full-time bookkeeper / office & administrator-administrator to join their growing company. Specific accounting and office management experience are required. You are also involved in general office administration and marketing tasks. Accounting duties
Invoicing of our accounting software & general accounting
Assisting with payroll processing.
Assisting in the preparation of bimonthly VAT returns & monthly tax returns.
Corresponding with suppliers and customers
Processing of vendor invoices and vendor payments
Preparation of management
accounts Bank and credit card reconciliation
Assisting with invoice, statements and collection.
Answer and send incoming calls.
Data item and general admin tasks.
Help with setting up meetings.
General administrative support for personnel
Assisting department head as required
