Technician - Preclinical Immunology Regio Leiden (LabResource)

For this temporary position we are looking for an experienced technician: Within the preclinical immunology team you will be investigating the immunological response to new viral vaccine candidates in development using small animal models. These vaccine candidates may include vaccines against Human Papilloma virus, HIV or RSV . Techniques that you will use include ELISA, neutralizing antibody assays to measure virus item inhibition, ELISPOT, intracellular cytokine staining, and other immunology and virology-related assays. The position requires planning, independency, and performing of experiments, followed by data analysis and reporting and presenting of the data to the responsible scientist, and a broader audience. We are looking for an experienced professinal with the following background HLO or MSC education in biotechnology, biochemistry of biomedical science.  Experience with ELISA, virus neutralization tests, ELISPOT >2 year of experience in a pharmaceutical company Experience writing and / or reviewing quality incidents (Invalid assay records/ events/ deviations/ CAPA`s) records Fluent in English / Dutch.
